Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are offered through Apple in-app purchases. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple under its own terms and systems.

Intellectual property

The RSVP Reader app, website, and related materials are owned by Amenti Labs or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property to you.

Service availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RSVP Reader and Amenti Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
